Default which shocks?

Which shocks would you buy? Koni Yellows or Tokiko Illuminas? Any input regarding your experience with either is welcome.

Koni, when the valves go bad they can be rebuilt, when you want higher spring rates they canbe revalved
Konis are the best choice

I have regular Koni Yellows (3 perch) I enjoy them. When im done going to school here in NYC and dont have to deal with such ty road conditions i'm going to switch from Pro-Kits to something more aggressive. The Pro-kits on the lowest perch with the Koni's adjusted with a 3/4 turn in the front and a the stiffest turn in the back is a good combo. I like them alot. Its hard to go wrong with koni yellows.

i don't see how Konis can be so expensive... i paid 480 for all 4 4.5 years ago... and they were listed higher then... what's happened here? i myself have ruined the adjustment screw, and i need to have them custom revalved... damnit, so many things to do to make my car "perfect" before my new car arrives...
