Battery or Alternator?
go to autozone and ask them to do a battery/alternator test, its free.
they'll roll a VAT out and hook it up. they'll load test the battery at static voltage then they'll turn the car on and check the alt output, then load the alt. pretty easy test, takes five minutes.
after the diagnosis, go from there. in all honesty, honda alt's are pretty reliable and i'd say its probably a battery. if it is the alt., go to honda to get it, its worth it to pay the extra cash rather than deal w/ one of those crappy re-man's.
