My Accord is soon going to hit 140,000 miles. Preventive maintenance?
I changed the water pump seals, and timing belt @ 84,000. Radiator had it changed (blew up due to bad thermostat) last year w new T-stat.
What else can I do to make sure my car runs smooth?

I would be careful not to replace any part that is working well. The original equipment spark plug wires are excellent and would be best left for the 200,000 mile change maybe even later. You can test them with an ohm meter as well as looking for sparks at night to determine if they need replacement. I also don't understand the fuel filter change everyone recomends. If you don't get any dirty fuel the filter is fine. I usually replace it at 200,000 or when it fails. Never had one fail on several cars past 200,000. I agree with the rest of the recomendations like spark plugs, rotor and cap. Transmission fluid as this is a Honda. Water pump would be best done when you do timming belt ie 100,000,200,000 as the book recomends.

Look at the thread title. It says preventative maintenance, not when it fails maintenance. That is why those suggestions have been put out.
