I just installed a first gen VAFC on my buddies 94 gsr and it isnt workin correctly. The vafc wont illuminate when I turn the key and the car will crank but wont start. The car will start and run but with a CEL with the vafc unplugged from its harness. The vafc is a known good one from my car Anyone got any info for me? TIA

 

will the arrows light up orange but no screen?
