Default JDM Type R's with B18C5's?

Did JDM Type R's ever come with the B18C5? I thought that was exclusively for the US Type R, and that JDM R's had the B18C. Can anyone clear this up for me?

Let's take it a step further:

B18C: JDM SirG and ITR
B18C1: USDM GSR
B18C2: Australian GSR equivalent
B18C3: non-Japan Asian market GSR equivalent
B18C4: European Civic VTi-R
B18C5: USDM ITR
B18C6: European ITR
B18C7: Australian ITR
