Default 1/4 Times with Neukin and Hondata

Went to opening day to do some shakedown passes on the new Neukin manifold and Hondata.

Setup:
92 Civic VX
Full interior
Bone stock B16
Stock Tranny
Stock ITR Clutch (starting to slip)
Stock Axles
Hondata s200b
RC 750's
Neukin Manifold/3 inch DP
Turbonetics t3/t04

Ran two 11.7's before the track got very crowded so we left. Was run on small 22x8 slicks and car was driven 120 miles each way to the track.

Can't wait till I get it fully tuned and put the 24's on with some more boost

The car weighs about 2200lbs or so with me in it now. I took off the CF hood and didn't remove any of the interior this time. The MPH was better but I don't want to post it yet

how much boost? if you say 8psi then i may go ahead and just sell my car now. I was amazed how good it pulled at 8psi in high cam, can't wait to see what will happen once the tune can get a little cleaner.

He can run less boost and make good power because he has a higher static compression ratio then those guys with "built" motors that have lower compression pistons. Makes sense to me.

BTW-nice run Matt.

i was just wondering, because he ran 11.8s last year with his drag kit at 11psi, just wondering if he was running less boost now to run faster than what he did last year.

I just want to know how much boost ? When do you see full boost on the neukin over the drag manifold?

According to the Hondata logs, 10psi. It spools about 400rpm sooner than the drag and just feels better too.

Good luck Matt!!!

Just be careful on those 24.5 if you are still using the stock axles with that long ride home!!!!Just stop at auto zone and pick up some $50 axles in case you break one..

Why dont you install the nos kit and give it a run....dude! N20 imo is badass and less of a headache than turbo! Dedicated Squeezer! Im pretty sure you should be in the mid to low 13's....then work off of that!
