Default s-afc application, and fuel pressure problem

ok, my first question is can the s-afc be used on a car without a mass air flow sensor. im wondering if we can use one on a car with a map sensor based computer.

second, the car has a fmu / regulator. when setting the base fuel pressure, you can rev the car in neutral and the fuel pressure drops in the higher rpm. we are not sure why...the car has a walbro 255 and 36 lb injectors.

thanks.

bye the way, since someone will ask, the car is a 1995 dodge neon, with a 1996 engine / trans / ecu in it.
