This is for everyone, I made this torque spec thread since I and many others here always ask about torque specs. Plus I myself, find myself looking trough all my Haynes and Chilton books for torque specs while I know I can make a list like this one to make it easier. I hope this can be some help and it can be made a sticky on these boards.
These torque specs are straight from the Chilton and Haynes manuals. I might also add some ARP torque specs as well. I still need to add more as you can see Ive been a little busy so as soon as I can I will add more. I would also be cool if others can add to it as well.

I did something like this a while back for B series motors.

Just a little FYI 1 FT/LB equals 12 IN/LB, so if you want to use a beam type wrench which are almost all IN/LBS take your FT/LBS and multiply by twelve to get IN/LBS.

This is good to know because for any bolt requiring 20 ft/lbs or below, you should convert to in/lb because it's a little more accurate. Also when tightening bolts that you absolutely, positively do not want to break such as cam cap bolts whether its for B or D series, you should use a beam type torque wrench with IN/LBS and NOT a clicker type torque wrench which are usually FT/LBS.

Cool were is your B series thread at you should post it on here. I would have added B series but I didnt have any books for them.

I did a FAQ thread similar to this, and I posted it in the EF forum. It is in page 2 of the FAQ thread at the top. I didn't include any engine/block internal TQ specs, cause I figure if you're doing any major internal work you'd want to have an FSM handy anyways.

So..the headstud specs...u do it in any order? Any specific sequence or simply 1 full torque down at 22 lbs, then another run at 49?
