What are these things on the back of the Spoon S2000?

The two circular metal objects on the back above the Nissin sticker

Fuel "buck-eyes" as they are called.

For forced high speed fuel delivery. (IE. Pit stops)

if you've seen a race pitstop, those are the holes that jam the fuel hose into
