i bought a ukdm speedo and it goes to 150 will the speed read correctly or will i have to replace a part-in the trans

 

 

As long as the ukdm cluster uses the mechanical vss then it will just be plug and play as long as the cluster is an 88 or 89 cluster. If it is an electrical vss cluster you will need an electronic vss assembly.

 

ok so i swaped it in the wiring was different but got it to work the speedo works mint but on the ukdm harness there is a green/white and white/green not used evrey wire was color cooridinated accept those 2 on the cluster and also on the car there was a red wire that was not connected any info on those 3 wires would be great

 

i herd the white/green might be the low feul indicator but thats it

Did you have to rewire anything to get the tach to work?

edit - nevermind i see some rewiring is in order. Just repin some wires to match colors. No big deal
