Default Oil found in all 4 spark plug holes?

Hi guys, I was changing out my spark plug wires today and when i popped the first one off I found the hole filled in oil. Then i went to see if all the other holes was the same and all 4 of the spark plug holes are filled with oil? what could cause this to happen?

Thanks in advance,

Saki

Ok I replaced all four of those O-Rings... and oil is still getting in the spark plug hole. I check the valve gasket and it perfectly fine. I had a question. I have a B16A1 engine, but my valve cover is from a B16A2 engine. Would that cause the oil to get into the spark plug holes?

make sure you silicone those badboys up.... If doing that doesn't work, then its the actual valvecover...this was the case on my integra. it was seeping through the "metal rings".... well, where the top of the spark plug wire plugs into the hole, and actually slightly inside. i siliconed the top of that area.
