What stage is this exedy clutch disc?

In the dics all it says is hcd015u
then on the other side it has 1e14 and the disc also says exedy unity clutch.

It appears to be the stage 1 due to its shape (im looking at an add in a magazine that features all 5 stages of exedy clutches), the stage 1 is the Single Plate Organic Sprung Center.
i just got a ACT xtream clutch with street strip disc. And a ACT prolite flywheel. I just had this disc laying around and now i need the money. So how much do you think i should sell it for i have $100 on it now.

Geezus people, I hate when people talk about clutches in "stages". You do realize that there is only one clutch company that refers to their clutches in stages, right? "Stage x" means absolutely nothing when refering to Exedy or ACT because neither company uses that type of system.
It's an organic disc of some sort, but it doesn't look a thing like my Exedy. The "fingers" that the friction material is attached to doesn't exist on mine. The disc extends much further. I have the Exedy "racing" organic.

Contrary to popular belief, there is no such thing as an Exedy "Stage 1".
That is either an Exedy OEM, or Exedy Organic clutch disc.
They retail for around $100, so if you have a buyer for $100, you should sell it.
Good luck!
