easy as ****....

fill and drain holes are right next to each other.

look behind the passenger side front wheel on the transmission.

need new crush washers for both plugs.

If you haven't already changed your MTF............

Quick tip for filling the tranny back up, take the speed sensor out and put a somewhat long funnel down there fill with about 2.5 quarts of fluid.

You will need to over-torque the bolt to get it to seal. New crush washers are designed to do what their name implies. Just go to the dealer and pick some up. They will probably just give them to you with the MTF. And just use OEM MTF.... Nothing better for DD.

what is the truth?

ive been running not GM but Pennzoil Syrchomesh for a while now and it quieted down my 3rd gear grind...

also an even easier way than removing the VSS is removing the reverse light switch and pouring up top cuz the filler hole is sideways and is kind of a bitch for funneling.
