Calling all upstate NY G3 owners!

Hey guys, if you live in Upstate NY and have an OBD2 Integra that isn't throwing any CEL's I could really use a favor....

hahah i know this must be about the new inspection laws for obd2 cars.... im actually in the same boat as you ... looking for an imposter car.
