are we the only ones with obd2 port?
im confused about it
Is US the only country that uses obd2 plug?
Or is there other countries that i can get the itr ecu from that will work with our emissions ond2 testing?
I know jdm is out of question but not sure about uk and other places

ive been trying to search but all I found is that they use 3 wire some sht It wasn't clear if it works with us obd2 or not
