Yes..As long as its a b20b/z and not an old prelude b-series motor..
Does the stock b20b/z intake manifold even clear the hood anyway..??

Just keep in mind that although the B18A manifold fits, the intake runners on this manifold are smaller than the intake ports on the B20 head. So although the B18A manifold fits, it is a bottleneck.
