Absolutely. In fact, it's prefered. You'll probably need to use an LS intake manifold for hood clearance and you'll need an LS or GSR exhaust manifold because the B20 manifold blows.
I'm not 100% on the harness, though. I'm not sure if it has any sensors that the B18B doesn't.

he can use the intake mani on the b20 if it is a b20z. the b20b is the one with the long runners that wont work.
And I think the b20z has a knock sensor as well, where the b20b does not.

Hard to find B20Z's though (for a decent price), or maybe you get lucky when buying through HMO and get a late-model JDM B20B, which are the same as a B20Z.

Yeah, although on HMO, it says they are all the JDM b20 with 146hp. It doesnt say it is the b20z, but that is the b20z numbers. I wonder....
