i recently installed a new T-stat on my B16 and now the fan wont turn on. i changed the radiator and flushed the system but i fan still doesnt turn on even after 20mins of idleing. i also bought a new fanswitch thinking that would solve my problem but im still getting the same results. do you guys think i need a new waterpump?

after you filled the system up, did you let the car idle up with the cap off getting rid of the air ...

 

is it really cold where you live? i know my car can be idling more than 10 min and my fan doesn't turn on b/c my car still isn't warm enough

 

yup i let it warm up without the cap on..

and its not cold where i live.

 

while you have the cap off and motor running, do you have the heat all the way up at full blow ?

 

which fan switch did u change the one on the block next to the front radiator hose.... or the cooling fan relay switch thats inside the fuse box next to the battery...hope this help...
