Need help!!!

Bought a 92 lude, drove 4 3wk spun the bearing.........crank all scratch up, bend a rod

Found a H22 crank, wonder if it fit the H23a1?
If it does, what size bearing do I need?
Do I want to buy a new set(4) rod or just one? I am worry tha they might not be balance.
Any suggestion on what type of rod to get? Since I am pulling the piston out anyways might take this chance to do anything I can to up the horses. Maybe stoking it with other H-series part?
Suggestion on piston? Type S lude's I guess??
What other stuff do i need to complete the job... gasket...new this new that.....??
