Default h22 strocker

i know that the h22 has a 90mm crank and i am wondering if i can use the h23 crank or maybe a 97mm crank to stroke it . what are the differences in the h23 crank and would i have to change out to rides or would it be fine for the deck hieght. or what all would i need for the 97 mm crank to work, plz help this is for a strocker turbo prelude with aebs sleeves.

It all depends on the main crank seat size of your h22. I have heard some say they have 50mm and others say they have 55mm. If you match up the number from the h23 crank, then you can figure out if it will work.

I would suggest you do not bore an H-series. The cylinder walls are made of an ultra-hard carbon fiber reinforced metal matrix compound that is very difficult to hone properly. It is better to spend that money on head/valve work as well as forged rods and pistons if you want to go boost. Some people think the H-series is no good for boost. These people are *wrong*. With the proper support work, H-series make ridiculous power on boost.

I recall a few in the 700-800 HP area but that's really expensive drag strip only kind of stuff. Still, it proves its point.

check the mains first to see the diameter.

H22A4 = 55mm
H22A4 = 50mm (1997 Only)
H22A = 50mm
H23A = 55mm
H23A1 = 50mm
F22 = 50mm
F23 = 55mm
F20B = 55mm

If you have one that fits your block, there's no reason the F22 or H23 setup won't fit. They all share the same block IIRC so as long as your crank, rods, and pistons are for the same motor you should be okay.

Had you only misspelled 1 word in the title, no one would have mentioned it. You misspelled the same word multiple times as well as a few others.

The Search feature prefers a 6th grade education.

You're missing the point, numbnutz. You can't search if you can't spell.
