Can't Diagnose Problem...CEL intermittant HELP?
Ok, we have an 88 Prelude Si in our shop that came in for a driveability problem. The check engine light came on so we found the Code 16, which is an injector problem. Replaced the injectors and the car ran great. The customer picked it up, and the next morning, she went to leave and the check engine light came back on and it started running rough again. Brought it back, and since we had replaced the injector relay a while back(maybe 2 years?) we replaced it again under warranty. This time I drove it(Since i'm the only honda guy, we're a BMW shop) and at idle it feels like it's missing slightly, but it's not consistant. Eventually the CEL came back on, so I shut the car off, and when I re-started it, the CEL stayed off. However, the car still ran rough IMO. Then the technician working on it test drove it. To him he said it felt fine, and the CEL did not come back on.
If someone has any advice on this I would greatly appreciate it.

Even though the light is now off the ECU will have stored the code that caused it to come on last, best way is get that last stored code and see if it's the same or a different code it's throwing. I once had a misfire and cutting out to where the car nearly died then would fire back to normal, that turned out to be a slightly cracked porcelain insulator on a spark plug, might be worth tring a new set for the small cost to rule spark plugs out.
