Spring Rate Question
I have a 96 accord and was wondering what suspension to pick up for it.
I was looking at Omni street coilovers or h&r race springs with kyb agx shocks.
I saw that the spring rate for the omni streets was 10k front and 8k rear.
What would an average honda stock spring rate be so I can gauge what kind of change this will be. Any input is greatly appreciated thanks

Race + AGX = bad idea.
Springrates aren't in the high thousands. not in lb/in anyhow. I don't know what they are for those particular springs, but they aren't that.

I knew something was up but I was just like w/e. I have decided on the Omni power full coilover-street spring rate. Ill use a nuespeed strut brace up front, goldline front camber kit, tanabe rear strut brace and maybe a suspension techniques anti roll bar. Thanks guys.
