If i were to put 2001 gsr brakes on my car can i still use my suspension set up eventhough its a 4dr

The short answer to your question is yes

AND...the longer
1) theyre just integra brakes - gsr's arent special
2) youre not changing anything other than knuckles, at the most, in the front and the Trailing Arms in the rear. Since the lca's will be civic parts you will use civic suspension parts. (even though civic and integra (non type r) have parts that are compatible anyway)
