Default H22 headers???

Anyone has an idea of which street/drag header is best for H22's?

I've researched and found that DC's, along with a couple others is not worth the money. The only one so far that i've seen a little positive feed back is Kamakaze headers...correct me if i'm wrong.

Need some ASAP, don't want to be wasting money for something that won't be helping out with performance.

any inputs on this would be greatly appreciated!

The best i would say the SMSP, even though they go for $1200, i think it's the best header out there for the H22. If you are not looking to spend that much, the
AN-R header is great at a price around $500-600 i beleive. search around for those headers and do some research on them if you want to know more about them...

If u r going to STAY all motor, go with a Hytech(@1000), An-R(@600) or Smsp(@1200) or to save money go with a DC Crap and modd the collector...

This header has as much ground clearance as you can get .And makes more power than any header that I have seen.We have some dyno time on this one.

someone should do a H22 header test, with all these headers coming out. that would make it easier for the h22 guys to pick

do a search for some of my threads and posts on H22 headers. Especially the shitspeed, i mean prospeed header. Biggest pyle-o-junk! just a few numbers that i dyno'd with my JUN H22 BAR legal H22 in a EG.

stock header 207hp
Prospeed header 216hp
DC header 214hp
Hytech side exit 240hp (drag racing header)

Obviously street driving you don't want the side exit, but I just borrowed it from Hytech. John and Matt at Hytech make one of the best performing header's money can buy! Ask anyone who has a Hytech header what they think.

Also tried the hotshot and they are made very crappy. They make decent power, just weak material.

Randy, your headers look really good, my buddy has an anr on his h22 civic, i believe it was made after one of your designs. Anyways it made alot more power on the butt dyno over his type s header

Put down 193 whp/150 trq at VSV's Dynojet in Dallas with just an SMSP header, intake, and Hondata tuning on an H22A1. We put the A/F curve at 13:1, so we could probably squeeze some more power out of it by moving up to 14:1.
