Default I need some serious help.....FAST!!!!!

hey guys, i was riding today and noticed some what of a knocking noise coming from my passenger side suspension in the front of the car. As today progressed, everytime i would turn my wheel to the right, the knocking would get louder(this is while the car was moving) Then on my way home from a friends house tonight, i was drving with the wheel straight and it started to shake a little bit(the wheel) and the knocking noise was soft, but i could still hear it.....so then i pressed the brakes, and it stopped. Then when i accelerated again, there was no noise, until i made a right turn onto my street and it proceeded to knock again as i turned. The noise is definitly coming from the passenger side, but a little towards the middle, almost behind the glove box. I'm not sure what it is.....Any idea's?

Car is a 1995 civic ex

**also a side note, when the car is stopped i can turn the wheel back and fourth and there is a loud whining noise coming from the same spot as the knocking sound, but once the car warms up, it stops.

please help!
