Default All motor lsvtec buildup

Ok so i have a lsvtec motor im in the process of rebuilding. I just ordered ACL race series bearing kit. The regular sizes, the guy said some people run loose and u see more power but its less reliable so i stuck with reliable. I was going to order ARP Rod bolts but i dont know if i should go with the 8 mm or the 9 mm?? Which one would be better? And what would i have to do to put the 9mm in since they arent a stock diameter? Next is i have pr3 pistons going in on ls rods, which piston ring kit do i need to get? Just one for a b16 im assuming. And isint there a order or something for the piston rings to set like a gap or something? Please asnwer all the ?'s you can and if u cant dont post.

I don't remember if the rods were machined, but I used 8mm on my LS rods.

I dont think u need to with 8 thats standard if im correct 9 is the bigger one. What about gaps and such on piston rings, and the procedure for bearing installation.

use 8mm arp rod bolts, stock replacement size, rings for a b16a, b18c, b18c5 are all the same and will work, as far as "clocking the rings" and installing the bearings, I would recomend buying a helms manual for the integra. I purchased the 98 service manual, and it was a great investment. It covers all the specs for the ls, gsr, and type r motor. Good luck with your build
