The cars a 92 civic hb with a jdm b16a swap. I was driving home someone pulls out in front of me i am doing like 20mph in second gear and i let off the gas and i here a pop and my car starts sliding so i push the clutch and stop. Then i put the car back into gear and try to drive forward and it wont move. The drivers side tire spins but the passenger side wont budge. I have no problem going into reverse both tires roll fine. Has anyone else had the same problem or any clue?

did you pull off the dust cap on the knuckle before you put in the axles?

 

Sounds like you popped your axle out of its place. Either that or you did some serious damage to your differential and/or gear set. I'd put money on the first part, though. Just snap it back in all the way and get back on the road .

 

So you think the axle might have popped out even though it turns in reverse? No I didnt pull the dust covers, do u think they might be keeping the wheel from turning forward.

 

Anyone have any more Ideas?
