I got a 99 GSR Turbo, (all the upgrades can be seen in my signature) im building on the motor, what camshafts do you recommend for my engine....thanks

 

It would really be helpful if you included such details as the compression ratio of the motor, but stock GSR cams usually do a pretty good job. Being that you aren't running a sleeved block, you won't be able to safely run insane amounts of boost and the stock GSR cams should be good.

 

leave your stock gsr cam they are the best for turbo on vtec engine because they have the least amount of overlap. my buddy has a 10 sec crx with a complete build up dart block 2.0 specs rods valves pistons everything and he is running on stock gsr cams

i belive skunk has cams made for boosted applications. i think i remember reading that they are as ideal as gsr cams in terms of overlap but they also make power higher then gsr cams for built 10k revvers

 

i'd just leave in the GSR cams, if im not mistaking Crower's uhhhh 404-T(correct?) are for turbo app's. and i hear there badass
