is it true that you have to get a wheel alignment everytime i adjust my coilovers?

Toe changes with ride height. The further you adjust your ride height, the more your toe will be off.

tiny adjustments in ride height will make tiny adjustments in toe as well.

Sorry I cant answer your question, but if it does turn out to be true, you could get a 3 year aliment for like $110 at your local tire store and they'll do your aliment everyday till its been 3 years.

If you want to get the maximum life out of your tires then I would say yes. But also a true 4wheel alignment not just toe and go also helps your car when launching . Everytime you turn the coil over even 1/2 a turn you are changing your specs.
