Default ITR in A Civic NO POWER???

Hi guys!! i'm new here and have a couple question on my ITR swapped civic, any help will be appreciated. This is what I have in the swap:
ITR Block
Brand New ITR Head,
Brand New ITR CamShaft,
B16 Tranny,
ARP HeadStud,
OEM Head Gasket
APEX'I VAFC
JG Intake Manifold, 68mm STR Throttle Body,
Brand New Over-Sized CTR Piston & Ring,
Brand New Main & Rod Bearing,
the car ran about 300 miles on 93 Octane Gas, no noise, Vtec working, ( but can't feel any power), when the engine is cold it cannot idle ( the car dies after letting go Gas pedal). compression of the car is 270 all 4. It feels like an 99 Civic SI.

Any body know why the car is not producing any power??? Plz help thx!!!

sounds like a timing issue. do you have cam gears on there? make sure they didn't slip. also check to make sure all the TDC marks are lined up

if u don't know what ur doing don't play with the setting on it u will blow ur motor.. i'd get the timing checked .. that JG mani is killing u alot.. there made for high comp or turbo setups 7-10k rpms,, u would be way better off with a type-r or skunk 2

timing is not the problem. even the jg manifold is too big for it, but can't kill the power that much. there have to be some other problem. i will try to remove the vafc later.
