Heres the deal. My front wipers wont turn on when i turn the switch but my rear on will. the only way to get my fronts to work is by holding down the one time wipe and it wont stop at the bottom like it should. anyone have a clue on what the problem may be?

I would imagine that your multifunction switch is busted or dirty. I would try taking it out of the steering column and cleaning it out with some electrical contact cleaner. Maybe the switch for your wipers is gunked up, cracked, or something is wrong with the assembly.

 

all of what you mentioned is fine ive replaced the switch twice

I think you're gonna have to chase wiring. There's a parking switch usually built into the wiper motor. Between that & a circuit going back to the switch, is how the wiper motor keeps running to park itself after you switch it off. Gotta be an open circuit somewhere.
