B18C GSR with CTR pistons- compression ratio?
i got a 94 GSR b18c and i want to put some CTR or ITR pistons in. i wanting to clarify what the compression is. i have heard many stories. what is the c ratio for a stock b18c with ctr or itr pistons, also will i need to get it tuned or anything.eg new injectors? it will be runnin on 96-98 octane all the time?

Holy ****, guys, come on. THis is getting a little crazy.
THE CSPEED CALCULATOR IS WRONG.
CTR pistons in a GSR motor, unmilled/undecked and oem 3 layer hg is damn near 13:1.
This has been covered on here about 3 or 4 times in that past 2 weeks alone.

ive got a gsr block with ctr pistons and ive had my compression figured at 13.1 so ya you might be able to get away with no tuning if you run nothing less than 96 and just watch for detination on your motor

how can that calculator be acurate when not knowing the deck clearance and if the head has been milled? and also bore and piston size? I wouldn't say that it is completely accurate unless ur using it for just a refernce
WHEN U DID YOUR COMPRESSION TEST WHAT SHOWED UP ON THE GAUGE 270,280, U CAN EMAIL ME AT BOUNC00@AOL.COM THANK U

the LS crank puts it over the top on that one, with the 87.2 mm crank its already pushing it....
