How do you get the tps off of my car..

Do i have to buy a whole new tb or is there some way to get it off without having to buy a tb.. thanks for the help...

Use a dremel or sharp saw,or something and put a slot into the two bolts ..Then use a flat-head screwdriver to remove....

mine doesnt have 2 bolts it has what looks like one stud with a lock washer or a c clip.. and there is only one and its the dx version thanks

Yes those are what he means by bolts. What looks like riverts of some sort are actually screws. If you put a small notch in them you'll be able to unscrew them with a screw driver. If they still don't budge, you might be looking at grinding the heads off and removing the TPS that way, then removing the left over screws using a pair of vice grips.
