Default Best way to improve top-end power on gen 4 SI?

Which one of the mod listed below would yield best top-end gain for money? SI seems to have great low-end torque/hp, but power dies out fast as rpm climbs up. It makes daily drive fun, but it just isn't fun when pushed hard.

- SRI $120
- CAI $200
- header $200-400
- catback $300-500
- lightened pulley $100

i would never pay 120 bucks for a SRI and it is ridiculous to pay 200 bucks for a CAI.... get a CAI from ebay and slap on a k&n filter. i personally would keep the stock air-box, slap on a k&n filter and remove the resonator. you could find a used DC header for like 100 bucks...

but n e ways, to answer your question, i would buy crower cams to raise top end power ...
