Default Upcoming repairs on GSR

I am thinking about buying a 99 Integra GSR, with 70k on it. Buying from first owner, private party.

What are some of the upcoming repairs?

He has not changed the clutch, timing belt
The brakes/battery changed/tires changed at 55 thousand miles?

Thx.

depending on your cash flow situation I'd say do a complete tune-up, get it out the way then drive and be happy. Unless the car was beat on the clutch shouldn't need to be replaced, unless you plan on chirping gears everytime you drive
If anyone else has anything to add or comment on, please by all means... speak your mind.

Complete Tuneup (these are in no specific order)
Valve cover gasket
Oil Pan gasket
Cap and Rotor
Plugs and wires
Fuel and Air Filter
Flush the radiator
Inspect the belts (Replace any that are worn or you could just change them all)
Adjust timing
Adjust Valves
PCV Valve (Change)
Oil Change and filter
Change the manual transaxle fluid ( ask around about that one )

Am I forgeting anything H-T?

well 99 has OBD2 ecu and harness...they are not *** nice as OBD1 ecu and harness.

is that a firm decision of your? if not, reconsidered on some older model GSR? downside is they are older, hihger mileage and chance of getting more abused from previously own is more

you should at least change the timing belt by 90k, sooner probably is better just to be safe...
