Default De-socketing an ECU

How do you remove or disable a socketed ecu so it runs like stock again? Can you just un-solder it and it will run stock again?

Don't forget to ground yourself when holding the ecu and store it on a static proof rubber mat. (Friend didn't do this and totally screwed his ecu). Good to here you found it. Pretty obviouse when it is open . Good luck.
