type R shifter in EF?

Default type R shifter in EF?

I have a chance to get a type R shifter for cheap and i was wondering, will it fit in an ef? it seems to have a kink in it where as mine dosent have a kink as much. Is it any shorter? TIA

it will not fit on a single cam, so buy a b16 and use it one that, it belongs on b-series shiftlinkage...

wait... are we talking about a type R shifter or shiftlinkage. will the shifter fit on the linkage for a b16a power EF? I don't see why not look at all the short through shifters that are make most say 88-01 whatever.

the linkage will not fit unless you have a b series motor, but the shifer will fit, i put a da shifter in my 95 coupe, and it fit fine

feels like a gsr shifter, but its polished instead of painted

no it will not fit in your stock shift likage but you can customize it by shaveing where the bearings are on the bottom of the shifter shaved the ends
down a little bit,
