NOS = a company that makes nitrous products.
A dry system just sprays nitrous and usually uses a device to boost the stock fuel pressure to add more fuel as the nitrous is activiated.
A wet system will spray both nitrous and fuel and you can tune them independently to the horsepower level you want.
For small hits, a dry system is fine. But the more power you want a wet system is better.

there's your answer...if you want to make decent power off n2o get a wet system simple as that...Venom & NX are 2 i'd recommend....
if you want something easy to install, and looking for moderate hp gains get a dry system...
i'll never switch back to dry...just my .02
