Default Removing Cruise Control..
I have a '93 del Sol Si and the cruise control does not work so I am planning on taking it out. The 92-95 Civic is probably set up the same way. Anyone have a tutorial on how to remove the CC? Thanks

remove the vac line from the back of the intake manifold. cap that off..


unbolt the CC Assembly

Done.

Cannot recall whether the Civic is the servo type of cruise control, you certain the cable doesn't go through the firewall attached to the accel pedal?

just trace everything and start a pulling and unbolting. it wont be to hard.

I know for a fact that there is a cable attached to the accelerator pedal as part of the CC assy.
