Personally, I would stay away from them. Here are the reasons:

1. On their web site, they say that they started the bussiness in 2001 on ebay. On ebay, it says they have been a member for 9 months.

2. They are no longer registered on ebay. Could be because of a late payment, or fraud.

3. They do not have a company address OR phone number on their web site. Only an email contact.

I'm not saying they are bad or anything, just stating my opinion.

I ordered a AEBS intake manifold for my R motor......and the sent me a tracking number right away....however.... it should have been delivered 2 days ago, and According to FedEx...they gave my package a shipping number buy printing out a label...the package WAS NEVER SENT OUT..and now they ont return my phone calls or even answer the phone for tha matter.....they do have a phone number on the site..you just have to search like hell to find it....

maybe if everyone calls em they send my product....heres the number...yell at em for me.

I sware....i can't stand bad customer service. And the funny thing is that those types of business owners think they are on top of everything, like they are the best or some ****.

I had a business owner agree to ship a package for me since he had the part in his hand, (shoulda had the part in my hands, my fault there), and my buyer had to wait pretty much a month to get it. Never again with the run-around types...

bad business....i will never order from this company again.....however the shipment has gone out....(finally) now on the 21st and i should have my package (according to FedEx) on the 22......really its not that big of a deal that it took this long to get here, its really not that long....it was supposed to be shipped on the 13th and wasn't shipped till the 21st so just a few days late I suppose.......Its just that the costumer service was ****..... no answer on phone calls or emails.....crappy service...means no more orders from me.

wtf. I ordered a set of wiseco pistons over 2weeks ago. They had NO problem taking the money but never gave me a tracking number or nothing. Ive been sending repetitive emails, but no response. Ive been caling everyday and noone answers the phone. wtf, i needed these pistons a week ago, and i dont even have a tracking number or anyway to find out when they will come. Im just gunna reverse the charges on the credit card, i think. This is bullshit and a HUUUUUUGE waist of my time. Im soo pissed.

Can anyone help me. Im military that ordered from eraceparts. placed order for pistons and rods on 11th of nov and now its the 30th. Used express mail. order other stuff on same day from other websites express and they got here in 1 week. Called them, emailed and no response. Thinking about calling Atlanta police to have then investigated, but if anyone can help me that would be great. edge5500@nirai.ne.jp. Thanks.

Default Re: (180kidjr)

This person (180kidjr) ordered SR20DET pistons and rods, and I personally spoke with him on the phone; I, called him in Japan 3 times (cost lots of $$$$), and emailed him twice. I told him that the parts needed to be special ordered with the first contact, and he agreed to wait. Wiseco did not have the pistons in stock at the time. I informed him of this on the phone twice. I gave him my direct line to call me if needed. Then he just places a charge back without notice a few days after the 2nd time I called him in Japan and spoke with him on the phone. If you say you can wait, then wait. If you can't wait don't say you will. We can only go so far with our customer service. This is just bad and irresponsible behaviour by a kid. Know your credit cards! Many credit cards let you charge back up one year later or even longer. Why so impatient after agreeing to wait, and after I spoke with you on the phone twice?

I've had experience with a number of customers probably the other two guys complaining above included, who say "yeah I'll wait for the special order," and then expect us to have an update for them every other day? If you can't wait let us know. If you can, then be patient. We can't control our suppliers' product availabilities or their manufacturing.
We are a small company, and we do not have the customer service resources to have people answering phones all day and night. So if you feel the need to check the status of your order every day, even when we've let you know that it wll take 2-3 weeks, then you should definitely go with another company for your special orders, where you will pay higher prices for the ability to bother someone who can't really do anything to speed up your order and will just tell you the same "we're still waiting on the special order to arrive" every day you calll during the 2-3 week special order time frame quoted to you in your initial contact.

Occasionally we do have some screw ups with inventory and/or shipping, but we're not perfect. And we've definitely had some problems with our email and site at times. When these things happen and they do and will, we do what we can to fix them. I don't think any of our customers would be able to run a perfect, problem free business either, nor do our competitors for that matter. If we were in the business of screwing people we wouldn't still be around.
Our first experiences on eBay were definitely in 2001 under a different name. We are currently eRaceParts, and all three of our eBay IDs have great Feedback scores. Other issues dealing with the VERO program have been issues with our accounts.

Unfortunately about 95% of unhappy customers always make lots of noise. but 90% of happy ones never say a thing.

We have a number of happy customers who have made comments about us on eBay and through email. Hopefully we will be able to build a "Customer Testimonials" page at our website some time in the near future. Thank you
K-Drum for offering your input. I'll offer you Ground FREE SHIPPING on any in stock item under 10 pounds from our site, or anything not at our site. We carry tons of stuff not listed at eRaceParts.com. Email me at ben@eraceparts.com
