the seller is selling me just the hondata unit and the wire harness. will i need this?

 

You will need a socketed ecu...

so none of that **** is nescessary? just get the hondata and wire harness and bring it to a place and get it socketed?

 

You need stuff like "It includes two chips, socket, two resistors, and harness socket." to socket/chip and ecu.

yeah you need all the misc circuit components... isn't there a few ceramic capacitors also?

send u ecu off to hondata, they will do it for 65 including parts

 

pfft, screw that send it to me I'll do it for $15, it's not hard to do nor does it take long... if you can solder just do it yourself.
