I am using an obd2 gsr dizzy on my obd1 b16. All of the colors matched but 2. I will go check my car on which two didn't match later.
Its super easy, just make sure to solder and shrink wrap all connections.
When i first put the dizzy in, i just kinda depinned one of the plugs and plugged the wires (pins) into each other without the actual plugs on...if you can imagine this. And one of the wires came loose while driving causing my car to run like a total bag of ****.
