Head studs:Less stretch,Holds the head tighter against the gasket/block than stock bolts.
ARP rod bolts:Stock ls bolts are the week point when reving higher.
Block guard:Misguided attempt at making stock sleeves more reliable.
Girdle kit:I don't generally use them,some do/some don't.

I was just browsing JHPUSA.com and noticed that they carry a Buddy Club Spec 5
Cam and i wanted to know what was the difference between that and the Buddy Club 4

Buddy Club Racing Spec IV B-Series VTEC Cams
Camshafts developed from Buddy Club's N1 endurance racing experience. Specifications: intake 306 duration, 12.3mm lift, exhaust 302 duration, 11.8mm lift. Please note supertech or buddy club valve springs are highly recommended.

Buddy Club Racing Spec V Extreme B-Series VTEC Cams
Buddy Club Racing Spec V Extreme Camshafts developed from Buddy Club's N1 endurance racing experience. Specifications: intake 312 duration, 12.8mm lift, exhaust 306 duration, 11.8mm lift. Please note supertech or buddy club valve springs and titanium retainers are highly recommended.

Im not much of a NA tech but i did notice that the duration is higher on the intake & exhaust cam and the lift is higher as well. Im still researching exactly what that means but if anyone has any info please lemme know.. Thanx in advance.
