HELP with my LSD

Default HELP with my LSD

Ok this is for a Sohc.. I need to know which bearings i have to buy for the OBX LSD.. I bought the Honda OEM ones but they dont fit(too small).

What have SOHC guys with the OBX Differential have used?

here are some pics



I need to solve this today or tomorrow cause were installing my clutch ,flywheel and LSD on Saturday and i need to get the wheel bearings on the differential.

Checked the part number on the LSD and i have the correct one.. Checked the Bearing part # and it should be the correct one..

Help!!

I have the same LSD installed.
this is what you need.

41312-PL3-B00 speedo gear
91005-PS1-003 Diff bearing, need 2
91002-PSO-003 ISB bearing
91216-PL3-005 ISB seal
23927-PL3-000 thrust washer
23928-PL3-000 thrust washer

yea just go to the dealer ship and give them those numbers.

they should be able to pull it up

i think it's like 125 for everything.

you can use your old ones if you want.

just not a good idea. When removing them from the old diff they can get messed up and cause serious problems later.

haha, yea,

that's one thing people dont relize when buying these. is that quaffe includes the new ****, and OBX does not. that's prolly how hey offset the price a little

I called the honda parts and well it turns out they gave me the CX tranny diff. bearings(since i have a CX EK)..aparently the EX tranny has bigger bearings and share the same part number as the Integra LS differential bearings.

I just installed the OBX last month.......It didn't even come with any type of instruction at all....Or parts. But either does the Quaife. Other then that I love it. It's a good piece.

I put my obx lsd into a z6 tranny and had crazy clearance issuses between the casing and the diff. i had to get the shim milled down because honda did not make a small enough one. Did anyone else have this problem?

the z6 is like that, on the y8 it has the same problem but its not as bad.

i just did not use a shim..

Having it as we speak with an 89 tranny.

i wish my quaife came with new bearings. woulda saved me 120 bux.
