what is the least expencive and realistic way to put 400 whp in an 89 lude

I SAY buy an JDM h22a engine...build it first (sleeve, port, get the pistons, rings, valves, rings, retainers, rods) TURBO it....and kick up the boost!!! Don't get a worthless turbo though....or you can just buy an R33 ofcourse.

Sell it, buy something else. You don't want 400hp in a FWD car unless its a drag car.
