d-serise oil pan material ?

hello everybody

i would like to know what material honda used for the d-serise oil pans ?
aluminum\sheet metal?

What motor do you have? Some were aluminum, some were steel.

On my D16Y7, it was steel.

i'm asking this for a friend.... he wanted to know if its the same gasket for the sheet metal and the aluminum?

p.s.
all D-series oil pan gaskets are interchangeable?
