Riverside!!!!!!!! Sieze your car as of friday....
Well as of friday Riverside county cops can sieze your car if your caught street racing. The worst part is they can sieze your car even if its not yours

how is it determined that you were street racing?? cuz my buddy got booked for racing... and honest to god he was speeding a lil (say 50 in a 35 zone) and this jackass in a cavalier decided to speed even more... so as they rounded a corner, they were both speeding, but INDEPENDENTLY... So, how is it determined that it's actual street racing??
