Cat. converter ...any performance one out there?

...i just recently installed the Comptech 4-1 header and blew my cat. converter. ..they guy at the muffler shop said that it was cause of the header. too much pressure on the cat. converter ....is there any performance one out there?

...so the factory one should be ok? ...cause i was going to go with a magnaflow cat. convert ...but if you say that the stock one should be ok, then ill just go with stock ...unless there is a difference with going with anyone else

a test pipe is a stright pipe..... no emisions at all hehehehe.... (illegal) .... you will need to go onto s2ki and buy a little o2 sensor thingie.... this will trick the ecu, so you dont' throw CEL's

test pipe = jail time or car impound of 5k for you and 25k for the shop that did it. for + 1 hp
The magna flow cat is nice. Also the chevy 3/4 ton has a 3in cat with twin bypasses that works excellent for a replacment. You will have to have a muffler shop neck it down but they do it all the time.

hahahha. Don't ever try getting something like that from honda. You can get a carsound on ebay for lik $55 shipped. Just go to an exhaust shop and have them put the flanges on and make it the right size.
