Help JDM HID Headlights 95 Integra
I'm having trouble figuring out how to mount my Headlights with the 95 abs unit. I already searched this topic but didnt get the answer that i wanted. I have already picked up a 98 abs unit. But what i really wanted to know what to do with the lines. I don't wanna have to bend or make new lines. Too lazy to drop the motor out. If anyone has any good idea's let me know. Thanks
are you saying that you have conerted your 95 integra to jdm spec with the whole front end with core support as well and now your jdm hid headlight assemblies wont fit because the ballasts that are built into the passsenger headlight is hitting your abs unit?
because when i read your post it sounded like you are trying to fit jdm hid headlights on a usdm core support and they are hitting the abs unit in which case of course because that upper core support is not designed for those lights at all

he is stating that he is trying to convert the older biger abs system to the newer smaller one. he is putting on a jdm front end with OEM HID which will hit the ABS unit.
if thats the case then if it were me i would try to remove the HID ballast from the head lamp assemblies and try to relocate them and extend wires beacuse it sounds like hes going to have a hell of a time with this one
I have the same problem. So instead, I used a Hella ballast from a
Bimmer as well as the rubber piece to keep out the dust and moist (right side). The light output is the same on both side so that is fine. But down the road, I want to convert the abs unit just so that I can make some use with the oem one.

Hopefully that new ABS unit is plug and play, but check to see that it is. I think it may need the wiring harness and the ABS ECU too.
