Default Dyno results with Skunk2 Ecu?

For any of you who is running it, have you dyno tuned and what was your outcome? Would anyone recommend this program over most others out there?

I am running a program that is very similar to the Skunk2 P28 program in my ITR and I gained substantial midrange, about 10-15 Hp in some spots. The top end and low end saw good gains as well about 2-6 Hp in some spots.

VaporTrail has the dyno graph on his PC at the dyno. My old PC crashed and took that dyno graph with it.

The only mod that I did was take out the OEM ITR ECU and plug in the Skunk2 P28 ECU.

Or ask S&P500ITR, MPH, B18C5-EH2, and a couple of others...I sold them an ECU with the exact same program in it and they love it.

depends on your mods. you have to tune the car around the ecu.

just go visit Skunk. They are like 20-30min from you in Hayward. I'm sure they will help you out and give you tons of info.

Down here in naples none of our cars like the Skunk 2, (maybe its the warm weather ), we get the best performance from the PYR program, not saying the Skunk to is bad, but just does not seem to work for our applications

I've been running the skunks' ecu for the past year, never dyno, but according to my ****, it was a well worth investment over my stock p30 ecu. However, i do suggest getting a vtec-controller, cause it runs rich at low rpm's and the vtec kicks in at 5800rpm.

One day i get it dyno, but for now i'm

On the Skunk2 ecu where does vtec really crossover and what is the revlimit? I have heard some diffent things from other people. I got a chip from eg6ajk, and vtec is a 4800, and 9k revlimit. thanks

there is no knock sensor or rev limiter on the skunk ecu just fyi. not sure what the xover is. Xover depends on what cams you run. If you run the skunk cams type 1's like me, put your xover at 4400 like a stock gsr's.

If anybody is interested I might sell my type 1 skunk cams cause I want to try the type II's.

I had the chip in on my basicly stock motor and it felt good, i now have the mugen chip in it, it seems to pull harder in vtec than the skunk did. Im waiting on my vafc so i can go to a dyno and fine tune it. I just wanted to know what oher peopl's skunk2's vtec and revlimit was?

so what would you sugguest would be the best chip out there? and how much would a chip usaually cost? how about the skunk chip? i'm thinking about putting in a set of jun3 cam and was told that i can make power up to 9200rmp, so i would need a chip that would let me go that high. any sugguestion.
